Matrixcontent.com unreachable?
 

Hey guys, anyone know the people at Matrixcontent? can you tell them that the $360 worth of content I purchased with full FTP details about 4-5 days ago is still not available, infact i've sent them a couple of emails and nobody has gotton back to me. My friend had a similar experience when he bought some content off them last year. Very dissapointing I would of though instant access or 24 hours later I'd have my content. I need to get it to designers for a new program ASAP and this is causing me delays I really don't need.

Come on Matrix, please contact me ASAP with my order.

I can honestly say that I out of all the content I have purchased from Matrix...I have NEVER been dissapointed. :thumbsup

if your order went through, you should have received a confirmation email with your order id etc
I think if you are a first time customer, they will not ftp.

USA was on holidays yesterday thats why I didn't bother then, I probably should have. Just been busy with so much other stuff.

Please I was not acusing Matrix of being anything other than professional, there content and business is a class act one of the best on the net, but I was just a little concerned with the time frame of delivery of my content. I will call them tonight and i'm sure they'll send the content to me imedately. My fault for not calling them.
