Cheapest adult advertising network?
 

I'd like to advertise a banner ad on someones site to bring traffic to my site.

Do any networks allow their advertiser to pay small amounts per click, like .0011 per click?

And if they do, would people even place those ads on their site, since its so low?

i think Plugrush offers something like that, but i dont know for sure, see sig:)

ADXpansion certainly pays less than that per click sometimes. You can't bid that much CPC, but if you have a good CPM banner it'll work out.
