I'm talking about people who sign thier posts with their username which is right next to their post.

Sigs on email are a different story. The from: name I use is not my real name. So I sign my emails based on who I'm writing to.

I work 37.5 hrs/week in an office.

Welcome to 3 weeks ago.

So how do you close your e-mails at your 37.5 hour job?

with my job title, phone number and fax number.

Some people like to make it a bit more personal, but if you feel like that is not you then don't do it, most wont give a fuck if you do or not.
