#vodafail - how social media can go horribly wrong...
A few weeks ago I remember the o2 network going down and causing a wave of abuse across social media channels but their team dealt with it impeccably.

around here, if you lose a phone, you just go to a store pick up a new phone same day... that's not how things work around there?

A lot of the Vodafone business users aren't directly with Vodafone. They seem to forget this when they have a problem and rant at Vodafone rather than their dealer.

I was with Vodafone years ago and moved onto Orange which was the best move I ever made.
Great customer service and when I broke two iphones in the same year I received a brand new one delivered via courier the very next day! (Via Orange care insurance) I hope this guy gets somewhere though. I'd have torn someone a new arse hole by now! |
