Awesome.

Not awesome that Duke mocked and provoked plaintiffs attorneys in her statement.

Congratulating attorneys on their work when they lose on a motion just seems like mockery to me.

Yes, I saw. I always thought the 4th Amendment challenge would have merits -- we'll see as this lawsuit progresses.

I think you're confused.

The FSC is one of the plaintiffs here. The judge denied the government's motion, while Diane was praising the work of the attorneys retained by the FSC.

What's wrong with that?

Maybe I'm the one who is confused; are you suggesting that Diane was mocking the FSC's own counsel with that statement?

Indeed, I was confused. Forgot who the plaintiff is... Had government stuck in my head. I retract my statement. Sorry.

Thanks Joe, I didn't know.

Duke warned. "We need everyone's support to win this. Please, as you consider your end-of-year contributions, consider contributing to the important cause and write a check to FSC targeted toward 2257 litigation. Every cent contributed to this cause will go to the litigation. The time to act is now and please give generously."
And there it is.
