If something like Fetish.xxx can sell for $300,000, then there must be value in these for somebody out there. After all, the S&M community is pretty active compared to the average Joe porn surfer. Self-identifying sadists and masochists use websites like Fetlife to socialize in real life. The vanilla audience just isn't as committed to a lifestyle, which means they're going to show lower click-through rates and lower member retention than somebody who is looking to view or interact with "sadists" or "masochists". It's the difference between some surfer who is interested in seeing "redheads" to get a fix and somebody who is looking for sadists/masochists as part of an ongoing lifestyle. Which makes the better customer?

In terms of exact search volume, [sadist] = [masochist] = [fetish] = 27,100 monthly U.S. searches. In other words, these 3 individual words are searched for equally. The plurals are a bit lower, with [masochists] around 4,400; but the plurals make more sense as community brands than the singular versions.
