1. Payout is 2x's per month on the 5rd and 20th
2. The 5th covers minutes earned for the 16-30/31st of the period one-month prior
3. The 20th covers minutes earned for the 1 ?15th of the period one-month prior
4. There is 125$ limit for a payroll wire to be issued

Doesn't telcoweb owe a bunch of people money?

they have paid for all international minutes to their clients/resellers

only u.s.a minutes were frozen and never paid for last 6 weeks.
they did a press release at the time everyone knows the US goverment froze the money and kept it. 5.25 million dollars..

So people should send you more minutes why? So this can happen again?

Telcoweb's new system is the state of art. I have been testing it some time. I don´t know about other things, but the dialer / billing system is spicy!

i think they can't be serious once behind all is same person, my friend was screwed 1k, and still didn't get that money, it was international and US minutes , why they didn't respond on emails, why they didn't pay him for international minutes if they got money, as i know he also get money from US minutes for some months that he never got payed? i think that's no good reputation, and barely i could trust them

yes,in fact we can not call it as a dialer only,but the main billing option is Modem billing so i called it "dialer" as a general name

i am sick and tired from this bullshit. they DO owe people LOTS of money! i am one of those people! i think i worked with all the dialer companies. the only one that REALLY pays for US minutes is nocardsnetwork.com (part of nocreditcard/e-group); they are the only guys not blocked by the government...
