Asked them to fix the problem 2 times yesterday afternoon (RAM or additional tuning)... they said "np, we are working on it...").

At 3am, I see another big drops, email them again... "we will figure it out...").

Now I wake up at 4pm and see this. I'm pissed like shit. I've lost at least $1200 on paid traffic / advertising / no signups due to downtime.

Sent em' another SOS call 40 minutes ago and still down. I can't even fucking telnet and reboot the system myself.

I'm paying $420 for the server and I'm stuck with an old shit from 2 years ago.

Is that acceptable?
