feel an obligation to share my experiences with others in the industry if they ask.

I did quite a bit of advertising with you to the tune of thousands.
I even asked you about this and followed your instructions but the results remained disappointing.

However to be fair this was years ago so maybe your traffic has improved.
I sure hope it did.

That's cool - I appreciate the feedback. I don't recall your exact order so I can't comment specifically.

But, I've said time and time again - there is no such thing as "best traffic". Some traffic works, and some traffic doesn't. It takes testing (lots of it), and then optimization of your landing page to the sources of traffic.

I've seen some sites succeed wildly with our traffic (eg. one customer buys $2000+/day, and has been for at least 4 years. another eg: a tube site has got his bounce rate down to 30% with our traffic), and conversely, some sites just can't make it work. It's part science, and part art.

And, doing a test with 2000 hits, and deciding it's "good" or "bad" is absolutely meaningless. It will tell you almost nothing.

I need to stop clicking links on gfy when using my phone to browse. Grr.
