Do you guys offer migration?

As I stated above normally they come with 1 ip. There are situations that need more then one, SSL & name servers come to mind (although I would personally have name servers on seperate machines)

Does it run everything needed for all the tube scripts?

Yes it will, we work very close with Konrad at Mechbunny so we have developed a tube install suite. Installs almost everything you will need, just every now and then there is something new but we will get it added quickly if found.
