Clean sales turn into Refunds?
How often your sales are turned into refunds and how often you lose lot of sales ?
Does this "thing" is happening often to you guys, and when is happen do you want to see some proffs? Please share your experiance , personally i belive that some of my sales are turned into refunds and they are not! Who belive sometimes like me ? And please share the programs that do this very often. I will start first with the program pimpriches.com , they "show" me some JPG pictures how my sales are refunded , but every kid can do nice fake JPG picture. They still think that we belive them :1orglaugh |
Yes I've seen some shady stuff. Usually you'll see other shady stuff from a program doing that because just fucking with the refunds isn't enough for them. Why stop there if you're already a scumbag? They will often screw with shaving, leaks, shady cross sales or things like raising the minimum payment to $500 or making you request a payment each time even though it's supposed to be automatic. That's why you usually end up better off when you jump ship at the first sign of shadiness.
From what I understand it's easy for almost any program to do this one way or another. Bottom line is either you trust them or you don't. If you don' then go elsewhere unless you're making enough where it's worth it and you can take the risk. Another tip is to keep track of the refund % and when comparing stats make sure you factor in the refunds when comparing earnings or ratios. |
Yup . Lately more and more that kind of "things"

your fault for promoting them

I like programs with an initial reverse shave.

Going by 10 years of history with us - we get many refunds from larger payment price points. e.g. 99.95/yearly as people have buyers regret and try to blame the service we have on failure to provide. If you notice your high price points are doing 10%ish refunds (which is noticeble to us!), this has been common on our network. It is always best to give a refund then get a chargeback for our industry. ccBill does a great job at minimizing this, and sometimes, at the discretion of programs, they should be pro-active as well.
