I got my first vaporizer yesterday - Its pretty good - I am a 40 a day smoker and yesterday I only had 10 with no effort.

I kinda forgot about it this morning and had a few cigs - Also I am drinking now so it might not be as good today, but I am pretty impressed.

Anyone else had success with them?

I quit cigarettes almost two years in Feb with the help of a vaporizer.. I vaped for a bit then lost urge altogether for both.

Good choice i stopped smoking using one of these they really do help
i still have it in my draw when i feel like a smoke i have a few puffs and i forget all about the real ones even with just the flavor in and not nicotine

I smoked a pack a day for 10 years, then moved effortlessly to vaping and haven't touched or even wanted a cigarette since.

Can't say I've saved much money though. There are soo many varieties of e-juices out there that I'm constantly ordering new flavors to try them out.

yup, kicked an 18 year habit instantly with one. now in the process of reducing the nicotine level in my e-juice in order to quit this thing too. still not 100% sure how healthy an e-cig is, but i know for 100% certainty how unhealthy a real smoke is, so it works for me.

I started with an EGO... Using a Thermovape now... haven't had a cig since May 5th, 2012.

I have GOT to quit smoking, like right now.

What is the best e-cig that tastes like a normal cigarette.. flavors.. meh.

I just want something to emulate a cig.. so for now nicotine is a MUST.

510-T is what helped me and now I am selling them in my little webshop.

I've been there. Flavors don't seem appealing at first and all you want is something to replicate a real cigarette. However, there are some really impressive juice makers out there who put a lot of love into mixing their juices and make some very tasty stuff. So good that I actually enjoy vaping as opposed to feeding an addiction.
There's also a lot of shit juice out there so it does take a bit of trial and error.

That said, here is the exact setup that I use (hardware and juice) to replicate a real cig and it's pretty close in my opinion to a Marlboro Light:

Battery: eGo C Twist

Catro/Clearo: Kanger T3 Rebuildable Clearomizer

Juice: Smokeless Image "County" flavor juice, 24mg nicotine

That juice is just for a very specific real cigarette flavor. Smokeless Image's other juices suck and I'd recommend a more specialized juice vendor for other flavors but for whatever reason that juice is a good tobacco flavor in my opinion.

You probably want 2 batteries so you always have one that's charged. Probably 3 or 4 clearomizers and of course a USB charger like this one . The eGo twist is a very solid, user friendly battery that is also inexpensive so a good way to get into vaping.

There is NOTHING that will taste like a normal cigarette... NOTHING except for a normal cigarette.

Fortunately I never started smoking cigarettes, but I smoked marijuana practically daily for decades, to the point that it was having a negative effect on my lungs and general health, so I quit for nearly a decade.

The decade or so after I stopped smoking cannabis, I increased substantially my consumption of alcohol. When that too started having a negative impact on my health, I quit alcohol, but took up vaporizing, and consuming cannabis edibles, and I am quite pleased with the effects on my health and mental well-being.

Vaporizing feels way better once you get used to it. There is no pot hangover (people that smoke lots of pot know what I'm talking about), far less unhealthy material impacting your lungs, etc., and it will actually stretch your stash, because vaporizing is way more efficient then burning cannabis, plus the leftover vaped material can be collected and used in making yummy edibles that produce a delightful euphoric high (cannabutter, marijuana brownies, etc).
