Theyre up. Its probably your ISP or router. Try unplugging your router and then plugging it back in.

Im no networking genius but your ISP has a route it takes to get to certain servers/server locations (which usually includes a couple changes of direction), possibly one of the access points on your destination to that server is down or having technical difficulties.

Its definitely your ISP though.

Give it time, it will work again.

Most often this is a DNS issue, you can try using Google DNS or OpenDNS at least until the problem clears up.
