Mutt, are you not hitting projections on that solo girl site you launched a few months ago? I always root for the small program owners with a single site or small network with exclusive content. It's inspirational when I hear the stories of success.

It's no where near like it used to be but I still get small check I just got $116 in the mail today and $120 a few day ago. It all helps. But there are much better ways to make money than adult these days I think.

she's doing pretty close to what i expected, which isn't great but isn't bad. she's not the same caliber of girl as the girls i will be launching soon - but on the other hand Catie had built up a name and fanbase on MFC which made her launch great. our luck as soon as her site launched she stopped doing MFC.

solo sites which depend on affiliates mostly are not going to have much success these days.

Hes being modest, it still makes more than 95 percent of other solo sites and his investment (which is more than other solo sites are spending) is made back within 4-5 months and nothing but profit for years after that.

Its just not up to par with the crazy profit margin he's used to.

I'm about to post all my affiliates stats and close my program to others LOL I do 95% on my own and most every person that sent traffic did well good. Why they stop is beyond me because I see them all bitching and crying about other sites. I mean yeah I know the answer but still. I've offered to buy joins if they did not get what they wanted, I know I do not offer much help but people should use that. To many lazy people, give away all their traffic and play video games all day LOL.

Why did she quit MFC as soon as she launched?? Bad idea :( Yea almost impossible for affs to get any real good traffic these days, gotta get it off the tubes and thats getting harder and harder.

Catie's on the big tubes, i just saw a new video of hers on the front page of Tube8 - the tubes produce sales but nothing impressive. maybe for hardcore B/G content tubes do better as far as sending sales, seems like the big tubes have deals with some paysites. Pornhub demands like 3 videos a week of 15 minutes in length i think to get preferential treatment/exposure. Solo site can't provide that.

Don't know if you have it or plan it, but if you have several solo sites, then a multi-site offer link for the affiliates to promote with towards surfers would likely generate more sales. At least that is my experience, from an affilate point of view :)

not sure - i think multi site offers on solo sites cannibalize sales, for both the site owner and affiliates. especially for affiliates who focus on the solo girl site niche.

contracts with models don't work - you can't enforce them even if they're legal. can't force somebody to do something they don't want to do. she does MFC a couple times a month, when i first saw her on MFC she was on much more frequently. most girls have a love-hate relationship with camming.

that's possible, she does more non-affiliate sales than any solo site i've run. which is good, and bad - i'd rather have more affiliates making sales than having to rely on social networking. because it's impossible to rely on girls to tweet,cam,blog etc.
