So now Moniker Spams
New game they are playing is advising via spam you that your domain is available as a .net for $8.59 or a .info for $6.99.
Must have received no less than 20 of these bullshit spams already which means they are doing it to everyone I know. Spammers are sub humans. Moniker is on a last ditch effort to stay afloat based upon this and other behavior or they are drilling holes in their own boat to sink their ship. |
getting same crap too.... why do they even bother? shit like this probably converts at .001% rate and just pisses off existing clients....
|
and you never get offers from other companies you use? who cares. delete it and move on. if it doesn't work they'll stop doing it.
|
i cunt afford a domain...
|
I don't spam. I hate spammers and I refuse to do business with them.

If you do not want to receive such emails, all you have to do is unsubscribe. Stop whining! :2 cents: |
I also got some emails from moniker recently.
|
Getting their shit as well.
|
Interesting that so many have time to bitch and moan about the emails but no one seems to have time to hit the unsubscribe link.
:2 cents: |
I sent them an email and promptly told them I was transferring all of my domains to another registar because of it. I unsubscribed to it but still a couple slipped through btw

It would be nice if they did it as a single mail, rather than ONE PER DOMAIN. I have 80+ with them, am I going to receive offers for every single one? |

a domain registrar should know better than to engage in questionable marketing strategies like this... it's one thing when you signup for groupon and get bombarded with crap, it's another when a bank or domain registrar fills your mailbox with bullshit offers... :2 cents: |
