I think I'm going to celebrate it this year.

It seem like every minute I look up and 60 more seconds have passed already.....

No kidding, I can't believe it's the holiday season already. Turkey Day is one week from today. Bah.

At 16, seems next week would never get here. At 60, "What??!!?? it's already November??!!?? Where did this $$^&^&^^&$$$##@ year go?????

We don't have any family locally, so usually we do our own thing quietly. I usually wrestle the Christmas tree out of the attic while my wife cooks, and after we eat we spend the rest of the night decorating. Last year we had over some friends.

This year.... My wife's entire family is driving up from LA. Joy.

Love it. one of my favorite days of the year.

...and actually, a lot of Canadians do celebrate the American Thanksgiving date rather than our own.

It's actually a scientific fact that the older you get, you in turn perceive time faster.

I always celebrate american thanksgiving. Not just for the turkey either, but also for the football, a day to relax, maybe some beers. Hey, one more holiday in your otherwise miserable sucking void of an existance can't hurt, right? :D
