Can ccbill accounts stall themselfe?

I am using only ccbills sponsors at the moment and last month was awsome in signups...and I always get good rebills...

But then something happent this month....no rebills and no new signups at all almost and I still send the same amount and quality of traffic....

I have emailed the ccbill company but have any of you guys had this experience?

Can it stall?

Jakke PNG 02-17-2003 04:12 AM

Well.. things aren't peachy for me either..

Luckily I promote other sites too, not just ccbill. I think that 40$ out of that amount of hits is kinda weak. I don't know whether CCbill has problems.. or if my traffic just is fucking awful.

Bake 02-17-2003 04:14 AM

Yes and it sucks but if you ask CCbill the offical line is there is no problem.

BluMedia 02-17-2003 04:28 AM

We use CCBill and haven't seen any problems like that. I would contact the sponsor and see if their end is setup correctly.
Hope that helps.

Mark

CumSensei 02-17-2003 04:34 AM

But what can change?
I mean if they are setup ones...then will they not stay that way?

Shoplifter 02-17-2003 12:38 PM

I've seen the same thing...The CCBill sites I promote just fell off the map over the last 30 days.

adonis 02-17-2003 01:13 PM

Same here. My signups and rebills decreased this month.
This is unusual.

cybermike 02-17-2003 01:17 PM

I have been doing around 30+ dollars a day this month then the other day 0 and the next day 8.98 and today so far is 20 bucks...

ezmoves14 02-17-2003 04:50 PM

HELLO, we use ccbill as well, and have seen some ups n downs as well in the sign ups...not the rebills..

Darkystar 02-17-2003 04:53 PM

perfectly fine here
CCBILL :thumbsup

boldy 02-17-2003 04:54 PM

We just switched to CCBill today! :helpme

chupacabra 02-17-2003 04:59 PM

ccBill rocks... granted, don't know anything about affiliate programs, but for actual paysite owners, ccBill cant be beat..!

Bake 02-17-2003 05:43 PM

Its the level of support that ccbill offers each customer that makes a huge difference I have one sponsor who is one of there best customers and they have seperate servers and stuff just for them I have no promblem at all with the counting with these guys but my other fav sponsor ccbill stats just do not add up at all I belive there servers get overloaded with many people shareing them and they just dont count.
You have to remember that this would cost CCbill as well no sales mean less for them to so its in there interest to fix it.

Been using CCBill for a couple of months and they're great!
Best support on the net for a billing company by far!

The one odd thing I noticed this week were a LOT of denials.
Woke up one morning and had 21 emails about signups waiting and 17 were denied..about 12 of which said the same thing: "This person's card has been blocked". Never even had seen that prompt this before, and this was for all DIFFERENT individuals..and the others were "you've applied too many times today!

Other than that weirdness..everything has been smooth.

I had just checked and had not seen anything unusual with referral sales or even sales in general lately.

If I was a referrer and thought that there might be an issue somewhere, what I would do is the following:

I would click on my referral link, get to the site, pull out my credit card and sign up for a membership. Give it a little bit of time, and then check my stats to make sure that the sale showed up. Lastly, I would send the webmaster an email explaining that I am one of their referrers, had done a test transaction and would be very grateful if they refund it.

If you think that there is something wrong, test it out for yourself, just like a surfer does. This way, you put yourself in their place?then you can reasonably know. There many different factors involved, rather than speculate, let?s find out?part of the troubleshooting process.

As far as the rebills go, the surfer should continue rebilling until they cancel or until we can no longer rebill them. If you think that otherwise has happened, send us the details of what you think, and we can check it out.

If anybody ever has any questions or sees anything strange, let myself or somebody at CCBill know.

I ran a test signup through the other night and it went through plus I've gotten signups for a pay site so it does work..Watch this thread, I'll call them later tonight and ask the tecs if anything has been wrong..Alot of people quit taking Visa since the shackdown and they did redo alot of software....

This is what one of my sponsor's had me do. Sign up and then he gave me a refund. This was a few months ago though.

We heard about this last night. We have 2 programmers down there right now, checking it out

brutus 02-18-2003 11:15 AM

Something is out there... I guess it's not CCBill or sponsor.
I have seen recently dramatic drop on sales accross the line. CCbill, IBill and others. And people are reporting same experiences.
