Why does Damian get so many get-out-of-jail free cards?
 

Why is DamainJ allowed to start threads and post about child abuse. Accuse people of crimes without proof, stalk and bully with no action taken. We know he has a hard on for Paul, DVTimes, Arsewithclass and others have suffered from his abuse. So why is he never banned?

Does he have a reason for getting away with breaking the rules?

Two wrongs don't make a right but you Ban Paul on the first action while Damian seems to have an indefinite amount of Get-out-of-jail-free cards.

Paul's ban is the equivalent of getting kicked out of your favorite tavern or club if you're a regular. Some clown comes up to you bouncing in your face and calling you all kinds of names, 10 minutes later after some warnings you punch him in the face, you are now forbidden from the premise.
The only action the tavern took was to ban the man initiated against the instigator. What about enforcing rules on the clown, he'll just do it to someone else!

I'm pretty sure as to why the ban was so swift, it wasn't directly between Paul and Damian but 3rd parties. Still, this behavior was driven by incessantly aggravating Paul.

It's unlikely Paul will be brought back early by anything said.
One thing that can happen, and is likely to without much effort, is to enforce a little control on Damian of some kind.

The mods do a good job, they do need to pull in on Damian.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying GFY Keep Paul Banned, I'm just sick of all the trolls and bs threads, and it's not just Paul. I think GFY should put more of handle on all of these trolls. Especially when they are trolling business threads :2 cents:

Paul is not Mr. Innocent. At all.

I didn't say Paul shouldn't be banned... The choice of banning one and not both and then the choice made just makes you wonder.... :-)
Personally I don't care too much, I go here to kill time when I'm bored but need to stay online, I don't really expect any business or anything to come from it..

The same reason jimthefiend got away with murder. He is kissing a mods ass some how.

A lot of what Damian was doing was using Paul's own words against him. Not always, but a lot.

Paul is the one that would also take it off board or accuse people of CP out of the blue and other things. Paul is also the one that would continuously try to derail business threads.

Damien is no angel but at least until the last few months Damian always skated in that grey area while Paul would blatantly break rules.

Damien is not innocent but Paul should already be banned for life on his numerous CP allegations against multiple people.

Paul's an idiot but Damian kept baiting him until he went off the deep end... which of course was Damian's clear intention all along.

They're both equally at fault and they should both be gone.

I haven't seen Paul do that here.. but that's not to say that he hasn't. Gotta wonder why he wasn't banned on the spot if he did so however.

Then again, Damian wasn't banned for doing the same to Paul so go figure.

Damian accused me of being an ex-con, and on a sex-offender list. He also said I had no real education!

Paul has done it to me twice and at least one other person that I witnessed first hand. It was before Damian really turned up the heat and the reason I did, too.
