When I agree with the dictator on most issues yes, I would personally prefer that...haha. Specifically when the alternative is a partisan pissing contest to keep "the opponent" from accomplishing anything out of hatred and spite. But it's not a dictatorship, it's how the government was set up. The people mandated another term, so they obviously favor his policies. Let the executive orders roll if that's what it's going to come to.

The people also mandated a second term of George Bush.

Boehner is asking for less spending and tax reduction. What's wrong with that? You like the government spending more than the average income per year and putting it on a credit card for your kids to pay? At the rate he;s going by the time Obama leaves office he will have more than doubled the national debt.

The checks and balances are intended to block almost everything. Only the most important and agreeable things are what's supposed to pass. Horse trading, insider trading, all the bullshit that goes on is ridiculous and has been done so that Congress can go back and lie to their voters and say... Look what I got for you!!!! The size of the government was never imagined nor intended.

The checks and balances are supposed to make it hard. Executive Order is dictatorship, plain and simple. Just because you agree with the dictator can change really easily.

If it would have been left to Florida it would have been. Have they even got the votes counted yet? The status quo is terrified of my candidate and as usual they did everything they could to knock him out of the race. If it had been RP instead of the establishment pick of douche bag Romney everyone would be singing a different tune today bet that. It would have been great to see him send all of Washington home with their last pay check come January.

He was being interviewed on CNN or Fox don't remember which. He came right out of the box saying it. The hosts question "How will Obama maneuver around a Republican led Congress again?" I cracked a joke to my girlfriend just before he started speaking saying "Executive Order" and those were the first words out of his mouth and the remainder of the interview went on with Rahm explaining how it was such a good thing.

Actually, that was senate minority leader Mitch McConnell, but boehner certainly went along with the program.

The Republicans will have the opportunity to come to the table and compromise, something they've refused to do since taking the House in 2010. If they continue to refuse to negotiate in hopes that 4 more years of gridlock will get their guy elected in 2016, then Obama doesn't have many choices left for the good of the country.

The Republicans are always for less spending and tax reduction, until one of their guys gets into office. Then the Republicans SPEND SPEND SPEND and set up tax reduction schemes that involve taking out loans from China to pay for the reductions.

I hope there's gridlock for another 4 years because I'm terrified of what Obama would do without it. All Obama supporters go on and on about Bush (who was a tool) all the while ignoring the fact he's been just as bad if not worse on American liberties. I can't wait until 2014 when he puts his new 15-20,000 new IRS agents to work on those that voted for him. Hell it's already started, they are trying to audit me and I'm very small potato's. But hey I guess they have to pay for the 2 trillion deficit a year and those new 14 million on food stamps some how.

What do you want to bet that after millions of Americans get slapped with a new tax bill there's a Republican (but hopefully 3rd party) sweep that year and not only will he not have Congress but also lose the Senate. After all his largest base are those who can't afford insurance so they will be the one's hit with his fines and the people all those new IRS agents are for. You can bet he isn't hiring them for big business.
