which email client you using ?
 

i hate to login to squirrelmail evrytime and their interface sucks balls so i set up google apps but its giving me issue, loosing mails sent via php forms, so i am switching to MS outlook.
so far MS outlook working gr8

I use Google Apps and never had any issues - I do not understand it losing emails from PHP forms, they are handled in the same way as any other email once they have been sent.

I'm using google apps for all email accounts, but use digsby for email notifications. Works great if you have multiple email accounts:

outlook 2003 (or 2007) for all those year. It is fat, good search option, backup option in one file, sorting by variuos parameters, flagging....
