Ukrainians, unite, we have a huge exposure in that episode :)

"While reviewing the files again, Sherlock realizes that the doctor had to be fluent in Ukrainian since one of the victims only spoke Ukrainian, which brings him to the janitor (David Costabile). He was a doctor in Ukraine."

In general, pretty good series.

I think Sherlock does a much better job of bringing Holmes and Watson to the present day, while staying true to the original characters.

I'm sure I would enjoy the series a lot more had I not watched the other first.
