Recommend me a good system to stop password sharing, attacks etc?
 

We had our own mechanisms for limiting things in place and they are not up 2 par anymore.

phantomfrog, password sentry, strongbox and proxypass imo are the better ones, proxypass is my personal favourite but it's $50 per month rather than a one-off fee.

We use password sentry and strongbox. PS is cheaper and for us, easier to communicate with. They have a forum and Doug gets back to you pretty quick. Both are quality systems, IMO.
