Can anyone recommend a good programmer?
 

I need a link marketplace done. I also have specs for an MLM script to track offline referrals. The person must sign an NDA. Anyone got any leads?

I have leads, if you are not looking for cheap.

Curious about NDA - never did that online, how would that work, I mean programmer could tell you any name and still screw you. I have done NDA's, but only when you meet in person.
