It is not under my name. It is under a mainstream clients name and I had to explain in a meeting with the entire staff why his FTP didn't work..

If an airline can hurdle me through the air at 600 mph in a tin can immediately after a storm I would hope that a host with redundant systems in place can keep a few boxes turned on.

Are you guys backed up due to Sandy? I sent a couple of DMCA notices to you guys a few days ago and have not yet received a reply or had the content removed. I've tried sending to both [email protected] and [email protected]. What is the average turn around time for responding to DMCAs with Webair? Thanks.
