Paxum Ask for - Take a Photo of yourself Holding the Drivers License
 
Do this happen to any of you guys before? is happening to me just because i want to change the ID from my driver license to my Passport WHY? because it has a expiration date longer that my DL and this come because i have read all the post from people having issues with documentation that got rejected, but they don't allow me to change my DL with my Passport so after talk to Chris and he told me to scan my Passport and send it, it also got reject so then i decide to SCAN my DL and sent it, then got reject as well just because now they want a PHOTO SO i take my iphone put my DL in my desk take a photo upload it again and then got rejected again as well with the following message.

now believe it or not i have take the pic my self holding it, and is already submitted it must be approve this time.

I just feel that Chris and im not sure but im start thinking that Chris is the one who approve the documents and he's giving me hard time to my self personally.

I don't know if they have the right to ask for the above quote, and the reason why i do it is because few hundred bucks that i have there.

Oh this is another thing that i see if you have working account with paxum but then got limited because of the same thing ID Expire they don't let you take the money out BUT they ALLOW to ADD FUNDS.

What you guys think.

This is what i learn from this: Find out when your paxum Document ID Expire and make sure you take all the money out before it happen, because you can be in the same position that im my self now. Remember that i have follow all the rules from paxum and even with that they still not approve my account.

Hello man... I honestly think thats a bit extreme...

I had good opinion about PAXUM, until recently, they SUDDENLY asked me about extra documents, without even time to upload them and blocked the account...

They never sent me an email few days before to warn, they just suddenly blocked it..

That same day I had to do a very important transfer and I could not, because the account was blocked..

At least they could send an email giving me a few days to proceed...

Now, my account is normal again, but I really didn't like that from PAXUM... That's not the way to do things...

I think CHRIS or RUTH should give explanations about that... It seriously sucks.

And I repeat, I had very very good opinion about PAXUM, and I hope it was just a mistake from their side.

AGAIN, asking for documents is not the problem.. The WAY THEY DO/DID IT, is really the problem and a BAD WAY to PROCEED...

I had a company who posts regularly on here ask me for photo id and they said I could use my drivers license or passport and cover up the information such as address / signature / license number.

So I did that and then these fucking stupid cunts had the audacity to tell me that because it was not a license from their country that it must be a fake. So fuck them, they did not get my business - stupid fucking cunts.

i dont have any problems with Paxum - also the owner has been to several shows recently and has no problems talking to anyone who wants to.

besides that i do what i have done with Epass - take the money out once received.

Who are ALL the owners of Paxum? Which countries do they live in? What are their addresses? If you don't know these answers and you are doing significant business with them or sending your personal documents you should ask yourself why not.

Thanks man, It was already solved, I just wondered why nobody sent me an email to give me 48/72 hours to upload the docs.. instead they just suddenly limited the account.

I still believe that PAXUM is a great service, thats why I wondered about that.

The OP's account has been verified once the last requirement was fulfilled. We do not normally go this far in trying to verify an account, unless something catches our attention. In this case it was the fact that the id that was submitted was eerily similar to the expired one. Normally there are changes in the pictures, or numbers, but here the only change was the expiry date.

We have done our research, and in the particular state which issued this id, it is possible for this to happen, but we felt that it was necessary to go to the highest level of verification, the one we use for ACH deposits and withdrawals, and ask for an actual picture of the person. This is a rare occurrence, and we have tens of thousands of account holders that can vouch for it.

We regret causing such inconvenience, but we would rather be safe than sorry. We are doing our best to accommodate everyone, and every day there are special circumstances we deal with. We are continuously adjusting our procedure in order to make sure that everyone is looked after. We know we have some of the strictest KYC around, but that is our way of ensuring that we do not follow in other defunct programs' footsteps. We deal with special cases on an individual basis, and our knowledge base grows continuously.

We do our best to provide the best service we can to everyone, and Ruth and myself are always there to make sure that every single person is heard and understood. We also try to make everyone understand our point of view, and make sure that the rules we have to abide by are respected. Sure, everyone has the option of going to other programs that do not care about KYC, but history has shown that it can be a dangerous game. Um, in a lot of areas (if not most), you're not required to update your picture when you renew your ID/drivers license. So with that said, I could go renew mine and the ONLY thing that would change would be the expiration date. Might want to rethink your policy.

Update: i got my account fully working again.

But the way i found out was because i check paxum.com NOT because they send me a email letting me know it was approve. Like they did sent me all the rejections emails shit that's unprofessional.

anyways i just start replacing paxum with checks it will be few more days to get the check but i don't have issues with that

i haven't talk about how Chris is at support but just to give you a idea.

You are 100% correct i am in sales and can provide basic support over icq. Anything account related is handled via our support system as we do not have access to your documents or the ability to make changes to your account. Anyone who messages me can confirm that if it is an issue that requires documents/account action the first thing I ask them to do is to provide me with a ticket number or if they have not submitted a ticket to do so and I'll alert the proper people....as I did with you.

You posting this thread had nothing to do with it getting resolved. If that was the case it would of been resolved yesterday. The person who is handling your case got to it today.
