Some Epoch sponsors running http://EpochStats.com/webmasters/ back-end haven't set their join forms correct and affiliates aren't credited for sales. You should contact the program if you are promoting it.
The correct join form link looks like this one https://sales.epochstats.com/signup/...892&p=8832&c=0
There are other ways to get Epoch join forms for paysites, but they aren't supported by EpochStats tracking system in terms of affiliate promotion.

Yeah I don't know what he's on about really, I don't have an open affiliate program, it's only for those places where I need one. Secondly I'm guessing he may have overlooked that some places may have a separate tour for affiliates !

but it's not the best option for affiliates. you better set domain with correct join form as affiliate traffic landing and use specific landing page for your own traffic

btw consider enabling webmaster referral program which gives a credit for referring other webmasters. industry standard is 5-10%
