Early voting puts Romney in the lead

Romney's leading in early voting, where 15% of Americans have already voted. It has nothing to do with the fact that the east coast is being bombarded by a deadly storm? It'll be interesting to see if it continues the same next week.

Tom_PM 10-30-2012 07:04 AM

I'll declare a winner once Ohio is counted. heh

Yes, I read it. Politico is a liberal rag that will still be calling it for Obama 2 weeks after he is out of office. :1orglaugh

Yet, that is the poll your article is referencing, that you wanted to share. What's that say about you then? :1orglaugh

Electoral College
Obama: 237 - Romney: 206 - Toss-up: 95 that's damn close, going to depend heavily on voter turn out

Wizzo 10-30-2012 08:07 AM

Since its unlawful to release early voting results curious where you got your facts? :winkwink:

They aren't facts, but like California, we have 55 electoral votes and it's going to Democrats

IllTestYourGirls 10-30-2012 08:14 AM

I didn't know they were allowed to release this info before the election? I thought they couldn't release it until polls have closed.

I understand the electoral college, Brujah said Romney was leading in early voting and so I was curious how they would know that.

Aren't Gallup and Rasmussen the only polls that matter?

Vapid - BANNED FOR LIFE 10-30-2012 08:30 AM

It would be too difficult to have fair and free elections were they held within the same calendar month.

cant believe that there is 50% people who would vote for Romney.. if the world would vote obama gets 90% guaranteed. Now either the entire the world is crazy of half of americans..

but then again, what can you say about single issue voters anyway?" romney is against abortions? he has my vote!"

bible belt will be the downfall of usa.Just imagine what would happen if bible belt separated and was a new country. This would be worse than middle east withing a decade!

Considering most Americans are the same too, it should be really easy to understand conflict in the middle east then shouldn't it?

Brujah 10-30-2012 09:01 AM

I'm interested in the differences in the electoral predictions, so let's put them here to reflect on next week.

Rasmussen thinks Romney will win (279 - 243 (16?)), and gives him:
Florida
Ohio
Virginia
Colorado
New Hampshire

Fivethirtyeight and Electoral-vote give Florida to Romney, but Obama gets the others.

So these 5 states are the real differences it seems.

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh at anyone that believes in polls when a race is this close. Well, at least it keeps you busy and off the streets....

Here's a big hint, not you, nor the polls, nor anyone else knows what's gonna happen one week from today until it happens. So just go back to watching porn and eating cheetos then going to the doctor wondering why your dick turned orange.

baddog 10-30-2012 09:13 AM

They are polls, not counting results.

Some people collect stamps or coins. Do you walk into their meetings and tell them what they should be doing instead? No one forced you to participate in this thread, or any other thread that you're not interested in. Move along.

Rob 10-30-2012 11:20 AM

I read an article that stated Obama led Romney in the early voting 65 to 35 based on exit poll data. Digging deeper, the article failed to mention that they only polled 25-30 voters and it was in an "urban" area.

Data can be manipulated to spit out any result you want. Go to Fox News and Romney is leading. Go to Huffpo or MSNBC and Obama has a demanding lead. Polls are complete bullshit.

Exit polls are garbage as well. They tried to hit me up with one once and I lied about who got my vote. Fuck polls and fuck pollsters.

The irony of you calling Drudge "right wing sewage" and then posting a cover of Rolling Stone, which is probably more liberal than Obama himself is hilarious. Hopefully you did that on purpose.

Actually no,it's not surprising!

But hey,: Romney has support in israel, pakistan, georgia, macedonia ,china and other shitty countries that I am sure Americans will be glad to be compared to.. and only in Israel does he reach more than 50% but why are we not surprised?..
