My goodness Paxum are pathetic

First i get an email telling me my renewal card is on the way within one week, and after waiting 3 weeks check in to see why its not arrive.

"Ohh we cant sent to PO Boxes" Well why didnt you say so in the email saying the card is being sent.

Then after updating tickets with correct data the staff are too stupid to finalize the process, with apparently a local taxes bill not being good enough.. one would think its better than an internet bill...

Can Paxum please hire people with more intelligent than a monkey???
