This is showing up on multiple radars, so it isn't just a malfunction.

They probably only have a single radar in mexico city that is picking up weather for a certain radius, giving you that circle effect.

Be sure "Radar (North America)" is selected in the map layers. Then play the animation. This is turning into a spiral design.

Quite funny how they always pick Mexico for experiments,first swine flu now this.

WTF is HAARP?

This is a live webcam from a nearby city in the outer edges of the storm. Dark clouds for sure, it's not a radar fluke.

I follow a guy on you tube that is a weather nerd. He posted the same thing going on over multiple States in the US a few weeks back. He couldn't explain it either.

There was also a massive earthquake in BC Canada last night - 7.7.

But nothing really odd about anything. We have storms and earthquakes on a regular basis.
