Facebook is looking like a worse and worse idea each day.

Their billion user base must be high% fake,duplicate,inactive

A $5 deal could be fake. You could forget about it.

Facebook as a company looks very successful. There was a big rise in Facebook stock from October 23 to October 24. The price rose from about $20 to $24. I would think this is a good indication that the company is doing pretty good. Facebook is not looking like a worse idea. It is just amazing how often Facebook is mentioned even offline – restaurants, buses, subways and other big advertisement posters outside in major cities in North America. The word of mouth on it is significant. Hear people say, “let’s become friends on Facebook.”

It's an interesting amount of data for a great price, but I'm struggling to think of what you'd do with a list of names and emails, besides personalised email spam.

FB is one of the top 3 worstest long term investment you could have done on the market the last year with Groupon in secundary ..... I bet groupon will be bankrupt under 3 years or less .

Wait a minute. So I could buy this list. Take all the email addys. Add them to contacts in gmail or something like that and then invite them all to like my facebook page?
