SEO Question: Adult traffic

Hello,
I started promoting new portal with European sex ads, it turned out that competition is bigger than I expected. I will need to buy lots of adult quality traffic from unique IPs and here's my question: since the service is very young (2 months online) with PR 0 how to portion traffic on order to avoid Sandbox? Or how many uniques a month and from how many sources would be ok (still not to get into the Sandbox)?

Because that's how Google works. I'm not talking about 100 unique IPs but in case of new sites like mine traffic must be flowing in progressively in order not to spam it
