I thought creatine is bad for you...too much can fuck with your body or some shit.

I used creatine for a long time and it helped me get past a barrier where I couldn't gain any weight. I was ripped but I couldn't gain mass. Creatine got me bulked up and for a while I was looking gooooood.. the only problem is I stopped lifting weights a couple years ago, more or less, and I still have the mass that creatine gave me, that shit never goes away. Except now it's a spare tire instead of in my chest and shoulders.
Or maybe I just reached that certain age where your body naturally thickens, but I think creatine permanently changed my metabolism. |
and takacs looks terrible.. not much mass and even less definition, I guess they'll let anyone in these competitions.
