The Reddit troll interviewed in CNN

The top comment in Youtube said it best:

Quote:

What an utterly scummy person he is, he's a 49 year old supposed "man", a father himself. He's only sorry that he got named and shamed. He thought he was being clever but he got his comeuppance. I'm glad he got sacked, as for him playing to an audience...vile vile little man. He was awarded for creating the Jailbait forum, I don't know who is worse, that bearded scum bag or Reddit for actually allowing that to go on.

Although i don't agree with the stuff he did he also did nothing illegal. Why should his name be all over the place? Why doesn't he suddenly have the right of privacy anymore?

AllAboutCams 10-23-2012 08:43 AM

Stupid cunt what he did is purely sick he knew dam right what he was doing and is now blaming it on reddit for letting him do it does he think people are stupid

Why even ask "why"?

The simple answer is he's an asshole. It's the same as when someone gets drunk and acts like a douche. It's because they are a douche.

There's no excuse for being a sociopath. He's a scumbag and there's nothing that will change that.

The problem with the internet can be summed up in one word "anonymity". Anonymity allows people to steal, be abusive and act in ways they never would if they were in a face to face situation. Conversely, it also allows political views to be expressed without fear of reprisal.

Just how different would things be if your actual name was used with each post?

.

Lots of places are now implementing laws against online trolls.

Ask the kid who tweeted racist comments after a black soccer player collapsed. He spent some time in Jail.

He search job "5 years experience building and maintaining adult communities":

http://www.mbrutsch.com/

Anyone wants to hire him? :)

pornguy 10-23-2012 09:28 AM

He also attacked others and would chase them around from what I read in 1 article.

shake 10-23-2012 09:33 AM

That's always what I thought trolls look like.

TisMe 10-23-2012 09:36 AM

If CNN really wants to interview trolls, who not come here and interview Paul Markham?

Hell Paul spews so much crap he could be his own TV channel, 24/7.

Not news and usually wrong all day every day.

Oh wait, we have that, called Fox news. :)

One of the threads comments was that he should come to GFY. Maybe it's My chemical romance?

I bet if he was a GFY member, you would crucify him as we speak and you`ll have a list of arguments ready why you are justify to do so.

Funny he doesn't seem to share your love of privacy since he posted girls' pictures without their consent and posted pictures of girls who didn't even know their picture was being taken. So it's "my privacy is important, your privacy is inconsequential"?

Funny that Reddit is now removing threads that link to ANY story on Gawker or any of Gawker's other sites. Those Reddit guys were all anti-censorship when SOPA came up....but they LOVE censorship when they are the ones implementing it.
