How did you meet your Girl / Guy / Wife / Husband?
 

Met my wife after high school. She lived 7 doors down from me most of my life and I had no idea. She was out walking the dogs one day and I was leaving the house for work. Took her to a 49er game (Packers and 49ers). Dated for 7 years, engaged for 2 of those. Married September 23, 2000.

On a side note - some mistakes I made along the way.

After dating for 2 years, I was asked by her (catholic) father if a wedding was in the near future. Response - Wedding?? My love for your daughter, sir, goes deeper than a piece of paper.

When it finally came time to tie the knot, I asked my wife's father for her hand in marriage. He said yes. About damn time I believe were his words. I waited another two years to ask her.
