During last few months I have read various books about picking up hot chicks, in my opinion, the dating Game can be summarized in following three steps:

1. Personality to Impress
2. Confidence to Approach
3. Verbal Communication Skills to Engage

Let me elaborate a bit:

1. Personality to Impress

Your personality is really her perceived value about you: Being well dressed, Well Grooms, having positive body language etc

2. Confidence to Approach

Perhaps this is where most men failed; you are not getting chicks unless you approach them. Once you have impressed them with your personality, you simply have to muster up the courage and introduce yourself to them. Don’t use sleazy pick up lines, they don’ work, at least most of the time.

3. Verbal Communication Skills to Engage

It is not important what you say, but how you say it. You can’t just talk to women, as you do to your men buddies, remember they are wired differently. Try to create variation in your tone to sound more natural. Don’t talk too much. Simple rule let them talk 80% of the time.
