I didn't get new MAC!
 

seriously picked up a velocity micro:

i7 quad clocked out to 4.7, liquid cooled, 32 g ram, 2 x 2080 nivida gtx680, 120 gb ssd drive... I'll take my old box and use it for a server...

What did that set you back?

a bit under 3k... sure did hate to drop the cash but my other box is a bit dicey... been up and running for 3 years straight, crunching images in photshop. I'll have the box refurbed and shipped back to me... hard week, 'cause my daughter hit me up for a down payment on a car as well...

Thats pretty good value - I was looking just this morning at a similar spec but clocked to 5Ghz and 3 video cards and it was about 5K (UK Pounds). Not that I could afford it, I was just dreaming.....
