Naa, never their fault. Unfortunately, the pricks who uploaded your videos will still be there uploading more of your videos after these are "removed." They allow the thieves to keep being thieves and filling their site with videos and images they stole. In the meantime PornHub will continue stealing your SEO traffic and capitalizing on your name, and will be long after the videos are gone because they won't delete the page, only the video.

You should file out a proper DMCA with Google so they at least won't steal more of your traffic.

Oh, and search the site for your photo galleries. They are there too. :disgust

What would happen if webmasters and studios joined forces, and made something similiar to Killing off File Lockers, but focus on tubes?

Webmasters can spot content they license very easy, and studios just need to nod, and the search engines will hammered with valid removal requests. Could end the tubes free ride in Google etc.

After rubbing one off to one of those videos, I went to bed and got a full nights sleep. Woke up and saw the videos are still there. Hand a 2nd wank. Thanks PornHub. :thumbsup

If they remove those videos without a proper DMCA, I'm pretty sure they violate DMCA. One of the complex beauties of this backwards law that favorites those who steal from others. At least that is what Fabian was going on about when asked why they can't just delete all the content from users who abuse their system, even though Youtube and Facebook does exactly that.

Of the listed videos I just looked at, not one of them had a legible watermark. Unless they can't get enough of her for free and Google her name, she isn't getting anything from those particular videos.
