Namecheap Marketplace Question

On the Namecheap Marketplace "List Domain For Sale" page it says: Max. sale price: $1000 Min. sale price: $5
But on the "buy domains" page I see many names over $1000? How do I go about listing a name over the $1000 max?

I used that only once to buy a domain name... It was a $5 .me 3 letters long... I used it for some tests only... Other than that I have no experience...
