He sounds bitter. Also, for as much education as he claims to have, he is very closed minded to the rest of the world and just defaults into calling other countries "another tax farm," when that is the furthest from the truth.
IMHO, he sounds like a young kid who is basing all of his thoughts on partial information. Some things he is right on the money. Others he is embarrassingly incorrect.
