I want to buy a large screen tablet, that i can also plug cable into...anyone?
 

Does anyone know of such a device?

I want to mount it in the kitchen on a swivel bracket. So it can be watched from the table for cartoons in the morning. wifi internet. but cable tv shows also. Touch screen like pad/tablet.

I saw HP had a touch screen computer you could plug cable into a few months back, but now i cant find it anywhere.

Anyone see something like this?

Find a tablet with USB and get one of these

You could also just stuff a regular pc in one of the cupboards and mount a touchscreen monitor. Would give you more flexibility and allow you to use a more powerful pc. That is what I have setup.

That was going to be my guess. Could always put the drivers on a flash drive or just upload them to your server and dl from the tablet.
