Need more advice on a KW domain - WifeFucking.net
 

GFY Experts,

got a bit of a debate on my hands. Was breaking out some old undeveloped domains that I haven't had the time for, with the intent to sell and I'm wondering if selling one of them is the best route or not. One was just a solid tube domain - MMMTUBE.COM (mmm as in mmm tasty, mmm sweet delicious homer simpson pussy drippings, etc)

but the other was a 7 year old keyword domain - WIFEFUCKING.NET ,

google is listing the EXACT keyword phrase match for "wife fucking" at:

Global - 1,220,000
Local - 450,000

and almost just as importantly, low competition for the kw's.. Now, I'm no SEO expert, but I've always had a nice little trick to rank pretty quickly one page 1 for only the exact kw terms of a domain.. in this case "wife fucking".. (only works on .com and .net for me, no info's or biz domains unfortunately.. no idea why) But cant rank for other kw terms without proper SEO foundation.. so basically just the terms in the domain itself (for quick results).

Question is.. should I just go ahead and develop it and take my exact match kw traffic and convert it and work on the proper SEO over a long time..

Or should I just sell it.. I've already been offered $300 for it.. but am asking $500. I sold it's domain partner ThroatFucking.net a while back.. because competition for those terms was crazy.. and wasn't sure if my exact match trick would work because of that fact.

Basically, is it worth it to sell it for a decent buck up front without any work.. or should I go ahead and put some work into it for the long money.

Any helpful comments would be appreciated, I'm total shit at SEO.. More of a paid advertising ad expert here..

It's not really worth much more than any other domain since google rolled out the EMD update. Especially if it isnt already ranking for anything.

You may be surprised that your ranking trick no longer works.

Works as of two weeks ago with a non-adult domain.. I don't follow all the hype about the updates and such, I've done the same thing for years and had steady results.. but I usually dont target a lot of kw's at all.. Not a proper SEO guy what so ever. I guess you could say my sites are honest.. Sometimes that helps, sometimes it doesn't.. but it evens out in the end.. from my own personal experiences.

People are entitled to their opinions, and I certainly appreciate yours :) but it is still just that..

You might still rank well aslong as you got backlinks but as Mr Pheer said, it isnt that simple anymore to rank a exact-match-domain.

How nice can be a tool when you don't know how to use it. These aren't "exact" searches.
