confused CCBill join link going to Epoch join page?
|
It starts going to CCBill but almost instantly redirects to Epoch.
|
It goes to Epoch for me as well.
|
so how do I get the credit then, does Epoch let CCBill know I sent the sale?
|
got the link form here btw http://www.otcash.com/linking_codes.cfm
|

The ccbill redirect join link must have something like this in it: &cascadeId=
|
CCBill offers cascading for their affiliate program through Epoch and I think Segpay now. That is probably what it is.

Layered nylons? That's odd. There are people specifically into that?
|
not sure who's into that. I was looking for softcore and OnlyTease came up. that was just the first link on the affiliate program page.
so it's safe to join through CCBill or no? |
I just mailed them about this for an answer as we promote them ourselves.
|
Same here, redirects to epoch...
|
302 redirect on join page to:
Code:
https://bill.ccbill.com/jpost/billingCascade.cgi?clientAccnum=920217&clientSubacc=0008&cascadeId=9242&username=rGMFe2yV&password=uwukPVDK&OT_REFERRER=&ccbill_referer= |
Yeah, at least it should be.
|
Goes to epoch for me as well.
|
I find it highly unlikely that OT Cash would be screwing over their affiliates as they're a trustworthy top-notch program so you're probably getting credit for the sale. Do a test buy if in doubt. I imagine that they would reimburse.

Location 2 I'm not quite sure about the blank "ccbill_referer" parameter myself. Regularly I know that is supposed to have your affiliate ID for you to get credit but I'm not 100% sure about it with a cascade so I'm going to keep my mouth shut about making absolute statements. :) but someone here probably does know or I'm sure there's some documentation somewhere. |
Looks like their program is CCBill, but Epoch is at the top of their cascade.
I always keep the program biller at the top of the cascade for clarity and simplicity, but I believe the tools to select what was at the top were introduced a couple years back. |
Don't you people know that you can cascade with ccbill? You've been able to for awhile now.

or You have a 0 second redirect specified on that ccbill form. :pimp |

hopefully sliing grows some momentum. They have a nice solution for this. We are going to be using them. and then they would send out payments to affiliates if the referral doesn't signup via ccbill. so if a lot of ccbill programs use them it would be one payment from all the cascades. Hopefully I'm making sense.

Hi Guys,
Yes you definitely get credited for sales - this is using CCBill's cascade billing system and ALL payouts are still being processed by CCBill. We've actually been doing this and paying out affiliates for Epoch sales for about 5 years now - we're just trying Epoch in a "primary" position instead of CCBill. If you have any further questions, please let us know. |
I've seen these sales come through in the CCBill affiliate admin - only difference is in the transaction report - in the "active" column it reports N/A instead of a Y or N.
