Basically, without looking at the lawsuit, it's a pretty safe assumption that AEBN was simply named in the suit in addition to a host of other defendants, most likely had nothing to do with production and AEBN will be dismissed from the suit along with other defendants.

Seems like an industry attorney would post some relevant details before jumping to the conclusion (publicly) that it will be settled quickly, implying AEBN is guilty of wrong doing which if untrue, is then actionable.
