My issue with Paypal. Please advise
 
I've bought some service but never received it.
Then i''ve escalated an issue that i didn't received anything. They closed it 20 days after as 'no response from the seller' with This Dispute has timed out status without refunding my money .
I have contacted them requiring for explanation, but didn't get any.
What should i do next?

You wait a week and then escalate it to a claim. If the seller doesn't address it, they rule in your favour.

They will only cover you if you purchased throw ebay other wise they will only be able to give you back what is in there account the only option would be to do a chargeback

Buyer protection doesn't cover intangibles. Your only hope is if he doesn't respond to the claim at all, or if you paid via credit card and can chargeback.

yes PayPal are fucking scammers have got about $300 locked in my account and can only get it out after 180 days .

There it is, I have sought and received several refunds. Send a support ticket or email to the company who fucked you then wait a few days and file a claim, stick to the facts and mention you sent them an email, wait a few more days and escalate the claim.

If you spend over 5k with PayPal per year you can get an Advantage account. I have had this for years and should anyone screw me you have a special number to call for customer support and they are kinda on your side from the beginning since you spend so much per year there. Between PayPal Advantage account and GoDaddy Executive account makes my life a lot less stressful should something go wrong. :2 cents:
