WHY so many 1c bid in overture?
 

I known overture has up min bid to 10c, but I still found many bid less than 5c, many even 1c! why???

someone can explain it? thanx:)

This is just a guess, but maybe they're existing campaigns before they introduced minimum bid prices.

Their minimum bid is 10 cents? Weird.

Yeah I used to think their 5 cents minimum was too high. Guess I'll never use them again.
