Had a great time at the 1st Annual Sausage Fest (pics)
 

One of the local micro breweries (Smog City Brewing) invited me to photograph a sausage fest that was held at FIG Restaurant in Santa Monica last night. This was definitely not the kind of sausage fest most webmaster gatherings are noted for. Had a blast. Thank you. I have not had a chance to talk to them today so not sure if they have even seen them yet, but they said they could tell I had gotten a lot of "great shots" and they really like me and what I do for the industry, so I am confident they will like them when they see them.

There were certain things I expected when I was asked to shoot the event. I expected some nice micro brews, I expected lots of girls, and I figured there would be some sausage. What I did not expect was how good some of these sausages were. Rabbit, lamb, garlic, country, blood, chocolate and more.

There were some amazing flavors there.
