Need to vent about ccbill
 

We all know the admin is crap. I can no longer use livechat in chrome. Ive learned to live with these things and dont complain, outside my own head

And now i can't even send out a promo email that i tried sending out 4 hours ago. And of course they dont have a single tech that can do anything until day hours in arizona.

Because it would cost this wealthy company too much money to have somebody on call who can handle tech related issues. If this doesn't get resolved until 9-10am tomorrow or later, im going to have a nice long email for them

I give these guys a fortune, i dont want to see things down for a half a day

the livechat no longer works on IE either, it doesnt work on any browser for me, I presumed it was an isolated problem my end, obviously not. All i get is 'The page you are looking for is not available.'

Oh right forgot it doesn't work on IE either, I have to load Firefox to get it to work

Alot have no idea. Many people try to be affiliates and start paysites but alot fail. While its really not that hard. ;)

I tried to get with Epoch but they dont' even accept canadians. Even though there are a ton of adult companies based up here

Not saying I rather use Epoch, actually i was trying to get them in my cascade. Just saying that they leave alot to be desired, as do most companies in this industry.

Nonstop CCBill threads and nobody wants to take the obvious action.

We had this issue Tuesday and ending up sending out like 5 fucking emails because we didnt think it was working and the tech couldnt help us AT ALL.

Anyone get a response from ccbill?

Live chat worked for me yesterday - I used it to complain about the dashboard taking 5 minutes to fucking load.

I'm with you guys, as an affiliate I have promoted ccbill for 7 years now and worked my way up to 300k+ hits daily on my network only to see that ccbill ratios are going up (not ccbills fault entirely) and checking my stats is a pain in the ass. Like serious pain in the ass, takes forever. Time to start promoting more epoch, sliing and nats I guess. I REALLY wish ccbill would listen to these threads and atleast address one issue :(

In this biz, you need redundancy and CONTROL over your stuff.

To the people who are trying to be patronizing and thinking that nats and your own merchant account is an amazing solution, you have no idea who our affiliates are, how much we make in sales , or the opinion of our affiliates or any of the details about our businesses. If it was so cut and dry, you dont think the more successful solo programs would have done it?

I am not going to go into detail about the reasons to and not to, this is a thread about ccbill's glaring flaws that should be fixed

Try now, it works for me on all browsers now besides Chrome because of Adblock. Which i dont think should be the case but I can always open a new a new incognito window to check stats with Chrome

I think it was pretty obvious by my post that I meant i learned how to deal with those issues and that its the most recent issue put me over the edge. I still dont' care if those are fixed. What I do want, is somebody to be available to fix the major ones when they occur outside of 9-5
