charge money for android apps or rely on mobile cpm ad networks?
trying to figure out whether to just get recurring revenue from advertisements (android cpm ad network) from android apps or just charge a lump sump for mobile app.
Given that this app I am writing is of a very micro niche, it's virtually a necessary feature. So, any given thoughts? Could I charge $25 per app if it's that fucking important to people's lives? Btw today I picked up one of these bad boys http://cdn0.sbnation.com/entry_photo...xtra_large.jpg It's sooo freaking good. jobsloving fucksluts, stay out of this thread. Apple = SHIT OF THIS EARTH. |
Im a big user of android aps and never spent more that $5 on an app
In my opinion you should have both a free and paid app |
I ant imagine paying $25 for any app..

if possible, minimize some key features on the free app. |
If it's niche it will have low traffic.. but high value ads?
Try both, put ads in the app and offer an ad removal flat fee for the paid version |
