Yes, it's a free for all. Just found out a good affiliate has been stealing from everyone in our niche and putting all of our member videos in HIS members area! Didn't even bother removing the watermarks! Zero fucks given.

What I always do, send DMCAs to their billing company. CCbill gave him 24 hours to remove the content, which he did not, so they turned off his accounts for 10 days. Right now he can not process.

He is massively stealing producers content (even leaving the watermarks on) for BonkMyThai.com and BonkMyFilipina.com. I assume most of the sites in the program are the same, but I only searched the ones from the niche I'm involved in.

This was disappointing news for a lot of us in the niche because he is friends with a few of the guys he was stealing from and has always seemed like a straight up guy.

Re-read that statement by dig and then check his forum. He is straight up rubbing theft in your face on a public forum, and doing so on his forum, and I am not going to whack a mole. I'm doing much, much more.

Regarding cuckolds.com and interracialsex.com, what can you do? Unless you want to go after them legally, assuming they actually have any assets to begin with, there isn't a whole lot you can do other than play whack-a-mole.

However, he is wrong. Things are changing, at least in the file locker world, one billing company at a time. Tubes will probably cannibalize themselves if they have not already. Like TGPs and MGPs before them, the weak will die off and only the biggest ones will survive. And if something changes down the road where their advertisers can be held responsible, it is curtains for even the largest tube sites. In the meantime, you use the tools you have to do what you can.

As much as it sucks to have your content stolen, don't let your pride get in the way. Usually the guys who brag the most have the least, so I wouldn't let it get to you.

I will use the resources I have. What really sucks is that a small niche like cuckold he does currently have influence. He, I guess Gregg, has stated that sara swirls will be deleted from his sites.

You have to choose your battles with these guys. You also have to really assess the situation and figure out of his sites are actually hurting you or not. Don't get caught up in the community BS. That shit will eat you up if you let it.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to beat some of these guys half to death with a ball bat, but that is just not realistic if you're in the USA or Europe. Asia and South America is another story, but in the civilized world, you don't want to end up in jail over it. Not worth it.
