Which domain zone is better for free adult site for german speaking traffic if you have choose only between .AT or .NU zones?

I want to use only specific domain name, but all common zones like .COM, .NET, .ORG is taken.

.DE is dungerous for adult sites.

So, I can select between .AT or .NU zones only.

What is better for germans?
